Before starting with Century 21 Beggins, I focused on representing buyers as a licensed real estate agent while also serving in a property management capacity coordinating small renovation projects on self-managed multi-family investments. Previously, I served 15 years in the trenches as a self-employed small business owner in Kansas City. Some might also count my years of licensed insurance and mortgage origination as time in the “industry”.
I volunteered for five wonderful years in the United States Army Infantry. It came with paid training, a gym membership, full benefits, meals, clothing & housing included. This all-inclusive government package came with an all-expenses paid, round-trip ticket to Afghanistan from 2011-2012. I am proud and humbled to report that after I fulfilled my obligation to the U.S Army, all three of my sons have honorably served our great country, in the Infantry. Today they have careers in soldiering, real estate, mortgage lending and multi-family investing.
When I am helping my Century 21 clients, they have my full attention. In between clients, I'm focused on my family, health, fitness, education and finance strategies. I can otherwise be found at the beach.
